The LeanIn Organization and Girl Scouts of America have joined together to ban the word "Bossy."

In a PSA for the campaign  celebrities like Jennifer Garner and Jane Lynch team up to show how using the word bossy to describe girls is demeaning and stifles their confidence. 

What do you think? Does calling someone bossy make them quiet down? Is this a new kind of Feminist Fight?

And as if you need more of a reason to be more like her, Queen Bey herself has joined up to the cause.
